Wishes started yesterday for this auspicious day and so did the decorations. The city was decorated in tri color just a few days ago, with efforts from the NDMC who had placed stands adorned with flowers showcasing the Indian flag.
Giving them direct competition are the Krishna devotees who have beautifully covered the temples with their love and affection. This is a grand scale event for the Hindu's and all across the nation people will have the ancient tradition of Matka Haandi Breaking ceremony !
