WLC Reports - Increased fine by Delhi Police

The crime rate is not decreasing that's a fact .. given this Bhimsen Bassi, the city's top cop, has directed senior police officials to prepare a list of dreaded criminals and book them under stringent and non-bailable acts.

The idea is to break crime syndicates and curb recidivism by putting crooks behind bars for a longer period.

Kudos Delhi Police ! Looking forward to a safer Delhi !!

WLC Reports - Helmets For Girls

HI !

Issued in public interest .. Ladies say good bye to well groomed hair do's .. the national capital region requires you to strap on a helmet every time you grab a seat on a motorcycle or your beloved scooty !

I honestly feel this is an important step as womens safety also matters .. making helmets mandatory will raise alot of controversies but come on guys .. don't you want to feel safe ??

The proposal had already been approved by Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung.According to the order, the sub-rule (2)of rule 115 (that exempts women from wearing helmets) in the Delhi motor vehicles rules, 1993 has been deleted. Police will now start issuing challans to women riders too, if they do not wear helmets.

WLC Reports - Suicide Attempt

Hi !

In tragic news, a man jumped from the top of the police station building in central Delhi. Last friday, a man was brought in for questioning at the Barakhamba Police Station.I don't know if it were the nerves or his guilt that made him run straight up to the top of the building and jump !

The third floor was his leap place that put him in critical condition and got him admitted to the hospital.

Why ?? How can people be so careless about life ?? If he had committed the crime he should have just done the time !

WLC - Hoax Bomb Threat

Hi !

Thursday came with the disturbing news of a bomb threat on the Delhi metro .. apparently an unidentified caller had made the call on the metro helpline number .. the train and stations were vacated for the CISF personnel but nothing was found

Zee news covered this news and have announced that the bomb threat call was a hoax .. the cops are now trying to trace the caller

I really hope they find the person responsible who created such a manic !
