With the increased numbers of car users in New Delhi, the government wishes to make multi level parking units mandatory. This is in lieu of eliminating roadside parking that is far too plausible in the capital.
Kudos to the cause as not only would it clean up the environment, as said by the officials in the WJO Report. But, also get rid of the mafia of Parking wallah's.
I guess this initiative should be encouraged at a greater scale.
